If for any reason you are not 100% satisfied with your retail purchase of any non-customized product, please call us within 7 days after receipt of your purchase so we may authorize a return and a full refund of your purchase price, less shipping charges. All sales are final for any custom made product or any "at the show" purchase unless there is an issue with quality as we back the quality of our products 100%!
